The name of this project to the South of the country is Quiet House, a modern family house of great surface developed on three floors.
Here, the option of orienting the square House expected and predominantly in view of the environment, in this case the sea, which is a trend, was replaced by a design that rotated the space from the living room to access two different visual experiences.
Extensive views North Head and Grotto Point, and a visual experience more intimate towards Rocky Point and Balmoral Beach. Here are just views achieved with this modern and recent residential work, leaving aside other aspects of its architecture. This geometry of residential architectural design here exposed, establishes a rhythm of landscape dense spaces of gardens to one side allowing you to achieve privacy with neighbors and landscape vignettes to captivate the eyes of the side where entering the House.
The palette of natural materials chosen here, has remained simple and highlights the warmth with limestone, Red bark iron and copper to refer the site to an adjacent nature reserve.
